The Funding Process — Step by Step

Claiming up to 75% funding through the Welsh Government's Flexible Skills Programme is simpler than most businesses expect. Here's exactly how it works.

First, we check your eligibility. If your business is registered in Wales and has at least one employee, you almost certainly qualify. We handle this check for you — it takes a quick phone call.

Next, we submit the funding application on your behalf. We've done this many times and know exactly what's needed. The application itself takes less than 20 minutes of your time — we do the rest.

Once approved, we schedule your training at a time that works for your team. After the training is delivered, the Welsh Government reimburses up to 75% of the training cost directly. For example, a £497 ChatGPT for Business session could cost you as little as £124 after funding.

There's no catch and no complicated paperwork. The Welsh Government wants Welsh businesses to adopt AI — they're actively funding it. We just make the process easy.

Not at all. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. We start with the basics and build up to practical business applications. By the end of the session, everyone will be confident using AI tools independently.

Can training be customised to our industry?

Yes. Our Custom AI Workshop is fully tailored to your business challenges. We'll use examples, prompts, and workflows specific to your industry — whether that's construction, healthcare, legal, hospitality, or any other sector.

How many people can attend?

Our standard workshops accommodate up to 12 people per session. For larger teams, we can run multiple sessions or arrange on-site delivery at your premises. Online sessions via Zoom are also available for distributed teams.

What do we get after the training?

Every participant receives a certificate of completion, a digital workbook with all prompts and workflows covered during the session, and 30 days of post-training email support for follow-up questions. We want to make sure the training sticks and your team actually uses what they've learned.

Is the funding guaranteed?

While we can't guarantee approval, the vast majority of applications we submit are successful. The Flexible Skills Programme is well-funded and the Welsh Government is actively encouraging businesses to upskill in AI. We'll be upfront with you about your chances before we apply.
